Lots of things make me go bonkers these days. I can’t help but write something about these things.

Has anyone heard of the singer John Legend? He is so good! Kanye West writes his songs and those songs are so darn good! I like his second single called “Ordinary People.”

 

FLY TO THE SKY! They had got to be my fave Korean r & b duo! I m crazy about their Eternity track!! Somebody share my craziness here?

Their cd 1 track 1 song called “Like Shining Stars” is the Korean version of Eternity! My god!! I like both songs! FTTS is a talented duo so wherever they go, they’d always make it, now that their contract with SM entertainment has already ended. I was wondering with all the bs about SM, hurting their artists and stuff, why would groups like shinhwa, sly to the sky… stay with them for so many long years? But anyway now that shinhwa’s already out of there and now FTTS, I only just have tvxq in there. What’s happening to SM?

 

I was listening to the radio their other night and I heard this like pep cheer for La Salle and it goes “ If I were to live my life all again, I’d rather be a lasalista pa rin…. I’d rather be green than be blue.” I like the song, it’s a Mac & Me ost entitled “I’ll follow you.” Hahaha the ong just kills my brother! Heheheh! J

 

I have totally gone bonkers over Deli spice!! Their song “Go Baek” is so nice nice nice, great!! I found out that, that song is included in their Deli spice vol 5: Espresso album! OMG! I will buy that cd I hope there is still one sold in the market! Or else I have no choice but to download that song from the net. That’s a hard song to find. Jeez!

 

More songs! I like Kim Jong Shin’s On My Way To You song! It is such a nice song! Oh lordie, not another album puhllezeee…I have still lots of albums on my to buy list! J Hyesung! I want his single album the autographed one!! I want that! Atche Cher I hope I’d get that autographed cd!! My god Hyesung oppa held that cd! 

 

I was thinking of joining the National geographic channel’s Genographic Project! Yes I watch those shows! I enjoyed their Pharaoh’s Week features! Genographic project is where a team of researchers will try to map your origins..so I don’t know, I’d like to trace my roots to china and stuff. I remember when I was a kid; my grandfather’s friends would call him “Intsik Macau.” I miss my gramps.

 

ENDLESS LOVE 4! I am sooooo looking forward to this series! Moon Geun Young is already in it, she’s for sure! Now the artists that they are choosing from make me go crazy!

Won Bin & jeon Ji yeon = I pray they’d be the ones to play the roles! But won bin will go to military service and Jeon ji yeon is getting married so I don’t know how this will fair.

 

Won Bin & Song Hye Kyo= Oma oma!! They look hot together! Chemistry is oozing!!

 

Jo In Sung & Jeon Ji Yeon= Yeah they are both tall and cute and they both come from the same management team, Sidus! Makes things easier!

 

Jo In Sung & Kim tae Hee= Hmm..maybe they could, but JIS is sooooo freakin tall, and kth is not, with that height difference there wont be no hugging scenes just like in Memories in bali. Nah….

As few who live in Korea could have avoided hearing during the past year or so, there's a "Korean wave" out there. Korea's popular culture, from movies to pop music to fashion, has become fashionable in many Asian countries, particularly Japan, where Korean actor Bae Yong-joon, affectionately known there as "Yonsama," was last year's hottest celebrity.

The hanryu ("Korean wave") phenomenon has even become a field of academic study. This fall, Chung-Ang University plans to launch a graduate program in hanryu studies, examining Korean culture in the context of other cultures in East Asia. The program will cover both popular culture and the serious arts, including music, theater, food, fashion and film.

Eternity – Fly to the Sky

I know…I know… I know that the all –time hits album of K-pop duo, Fly to the Sky was released last May, but I just got my cd now so I am late in raving about it!! Darn those slow shipments! By golly, I now have the original Eternity album, crisp, with the SM town seal in it!I am so crazy for the track eternity I look like a fish flapping on dry land!!

2. Missing You= One of my fave songs, Everyday, every night I’ll be missing you. I remember I

                        liked the mv of this song, in that winding garden!

3. Goodbye= An All4One original backing the 80s or 90s, FTTS revived this in Korean.

4. Destiny= I haven’t heard this mid tempo song but I kinda like it!

5. In Your Eyes= Brian Joo wrote the English lyrics to this one, which is just perfect. This is one

                         Track where he sang in English non-stop.

6. I Know But= Ballad, slow song

7. Day By day= Mid-tempo, ballady song which made me fall asleep.

8. Maybe God Knows= RnB rap song, Brian’s English raps are fast here soo…. Must listen!

9. If You Go Away= RnB, mid-tempo, it’s like a combination of Condition of my Heart & Missing

                                You. Fany’s parts are nice, high ones too!

10. Trust= Midohyoh in Korean. Hmmm..TVXQ has a track with the same title, different song,

                this one is a super slow ballad.

11. Condition of my Heart= RnB, One of my fave tracks! Hmm…I think my fave FTTS album

                                             of all time would be Sea of Love (3^rd album) I cant understand

                                             the condition of my heart when I hear this song, it just melts   

                                             dead on! J

12. Only You= Mid-tempo song

13. What you Want= Fast song, I noticed their earlier hits are fast ones, and sounds so pop-ish,

                               with lots of English lines.

14. Tragic Love= Sea of Love album again! Upbeat song, English lines by Brian again.

15. Beautiful Girl= The refrain part of this song is good.

16. Real Love= Kinda fast, mid-tempo song.

1. Little Step= Upbeat RnB hiphop song with English raps again.

2. Sea of Love= My Top 5 FTTS song! An upbeat, RnB song, Fany is soulful here, Bri has got a

                         high voice range too, hhaha some English lines are foby, who cares? I love the

                         mv too, by the LA beach! Mah fave album!

3. Monologue= Brian has a nice high-pitched voice, this song I like!

4. The Promise= Slow ballad

5. Fly to the Sky= Fob English raps here too, very upbeat!

6. Fany’s rnb song= RnB, just Fany singing, he’s got to be my fave! Sounds so sad.

7. Forever= When I like a something, you’ll know it’s good because I am a very picky person,

                    so when I say Forever is really good, chances are it really is. J The MV is set in

                    Australia; this is one of the songs that made me a die-hard FTTS fan! J

8. Gravity= My fave song from their Gravity album! The MV is autumn in Russia! Gawwwd!!! I

                   like it that Fany’s voice became so powerful already that he doesn’t get lost in

                   Brian’s. I love this song!

9. Poison Ivy= Ballad fit for a sad tv drama ost.

10. Don’t Care No More= All English rap song! Holy clouds! Brian speaks perfect English huh?

11. Blind= Slow pop song.

12. Stay= I like the MV of this one with Jiyeon in it. Refrain part is so darn nice!

13. Magic Song= Fast song like track 10 of cd 2.

14. Confession= Mid-tempo ballad

15. My Love= the Missing You album seem to carry mostly slow ballads like this one.

16. Eternity= All English! I just go crazy for their all-English songs! Aisshhh!! Shmuck I want this song! Fany’s English has improved, it’s almost perfect. Brian’s English is just so flawless, perfect diction and all—his lines make me go crazy! I just had to listen to this track twice over!

These two are not dating, after seeing them together here, well they should do a double take and start dating already!! They look hot together!

Ever since I heard their song “GO BAEK” played in the soundtrack of The Classic movie (stars Jo In Sung, Son Ye Jin, Cho Seung Woo) the song playing at the art gallery scene, I have totally lost it over Delispice! Biography
Deli Spice, the band that delivers ‘delicious’ music, is a modern rock band – which is a very rare in the Korean pop world. The comfortable melody and the insightful lyrics of their songs made them to be the most famous modern rock band in Korea.
The band originally started off with four men: Kim Min Kyu (vocal, guitar), Yoon Joon Ho (vocal, Bass), Lee Seung Ki (Keyboards), and Oh In Rok (drums). The group was formed when Kim Min Kyu wrote a message online on a Hitel music-lover’s society, saying “want somebody who likes U2 and REM and can work without bias” early 1995. The team gathered up and by august, they were performing on a live stage of a club. Their demo tape, which was completed around January of 1996, was praised by other modern rock online societies, and soon enough, they got a contract to produce their first and most famous album <Chow Chow> (1997). The title song “Chow Chow,” which only has four lines, was favored by the fans greatly, and is still considered their representative song. In 1999 they changed their drummer and keyboard to Choi Jae Hyuk(drums) and Yang Yong Joon (Keyboard) and released their second album <Welcome to the Delihouse>, which was a bit brighter than their previous one. However, by their third album <Sad but True> (2000), their keyboard has moved out, and Deli Spice became the member they are now. The third album was very glum and depressing song, like the title song “The Truth About Cats And Birds;” the whole album seemed to be an experimental one. However, the song, even though was not violent or obscene, was banned from TVs. The band, however, came back to their original style in their fourth album <”D”> (2001) and their fifth album <Espresso> (2003).
