Summary:
This drama is about two young girls who survive the Korean War. Jun-Hee is a pleasant girl who is very kind and loved by her wealthy parents. Kang-Hee is smart and witty but she is envious of others because of her poor upbringing. The girls are separated from their parents during the war and struggle together to make it out alive. Through a tragic event, they are separated and Kang-Hee thinks that Jun-Hee is dead. While Jun-Hee's dad searches for his daughter, he finds Kang-Hee and adopts her to be a replacement for Jun-Hee (thinking that his real daughter is dead). Kang-Hee takes ownership of Jun-Hee's identity even though everyone else around her knows she's a fake. Jun-Hee and Kang-Hee grow up in different worlds and eventually destiny leads them back together. However, now the two women compete against each other in fame, friendship, and love. Will the real Jun-Hee surface and find her real father and true identity?

What I Think:
Lee Yo Won – This was the first series that I ever saw her act and I think that her pictures, descriptions and teasers does not give justice to how beautiful she really looks. She is a good actress, she can hold her own along side Kim Min Jung, she has great chemistry with both Joon Jin Moo and Chung Jung Myung especially Chung Jung Myung. I like it better when she pulls her hair up in a bun; she looks prettier and younger that way.
Kim Min Jung – of the 2 girls, I think she was the better actress. I abhor her, it just kills me that she was so selfish, she has the better life and the love Duh-mi’s real father, she has Bin’s friendship, she has Dong-young’s care and yet she still wants more. She was so clingy to Dong-young, grrr. Kim Min Jung was that good, because I absolutely hated her character but the way her character got ditched was just too much though.
Joo Jin Mo – Now where does South Korean show business get these absolutely gorgeous leading men?! He is one heck of a good-looking man! There was one scene in Mokpo islands where he arrived in a helicopter and he got out wearing razor shades, trench coat and just looking oh-so-handsome, then Duh-mi encircling him telling him he is so handsome! I swear he rocked in that scene! But he never got to kiss Lee Yo Won…hmmm.
Chung Jung Myung – he amazes me, he impresses, he moves, he is beyond cool. He was my runaway favorite. He is the latest addition to my top 10 Fave Korean actors! Haha! He looks so handsome, he has a really nice bod, he looks good in his clothes and man he just makes me melt when he starts to smile! That megawatt smile just turns me into mush and makes me weak! Out of the 4 actors, I think he was the best in terms of acting, this was the first time I saw him act and I thought he was impressive; it is a no brainer that he will be part of the Korean wave bandwagon in a few years. He has great chemistry with Duh-mi too! I swear many times have I thought that she should end up with Bin coz he was so good to her and she for him! She changed him! They were sizzling with chemistry! Oh and he looks a lot like Eric Moon too with short hair. J

@ The way Bin calls Duh-mi “Runaway girl” and she calling him “Smuggler” I swear they got great chemistry together!
