What I Think:
This is one of the few series that I liked watching and I just do not know why. I just love Jerry Yan! It has been years since I last saw him act in Meteor Garden! Now he is back with a new series with Taiwan¡¯s lovable tomboy, Ella Chen. One thing that I like about Jerry Yan is he is so professional, never have I seen him in news that he is in a relationship with his co-star just to promote a series or movie. His reputation is untainted shall I say. I saw how he grew in terms of acting in this series. He looks so loveable but I kind of get pissed at how he treats Ella in the series.
Ella Chen ¨C wow I so am not a fan of her because she looks like and acts like a tomboy, Hana Kimi with her in it was such a pain to watch for me ( I was partial to teh Japanese version hehe!). But seeing her in this series, was a refreshing start for me, she sounded and acted different. I liked her in here. She was hilarious, funny, and any adjective you want to describe her! Ella is good when she is funny. I have to say, Ella grows on me, she gets endearing really in this series...she gets better with every new episode.
The whole story line of the series is so downright funny! I have always liked Jerry when he is serious and brooding but man! I have to say I liked him better when he is getting down to tickling my funny bones! And he sealed the funny performances with his refreshing and ubber hilarious chemistry with Ella Chen!
The kids are so cute cute cute! I just love them both! They make such a cute family! I think Jerry will be a wonderful father someday, he is great with the kids behind the scene.
When you want to watch something that will make you feel funny and good on a Saturday night, do get your hands on this series and you will be floored with Ella¡¯s antics and Jerry¡¯s yummyness!

Shin Se Kyung and Jong Hyun from SHINee are dating!
SHINee’s Jong Hyun, actress Shin confirmed to be dating
I feel sorry for biggie Shinee and Jong Hyun fans, it is puzzling and heartbreaking to get a news like this but come on our Jong Hyun needs a life.
I actually like Shin se kyung. She played the other girl in My Little Bride and played lead actress in the horror film “Cinderella”.
Shin Se Kyung and Jong Hyun from SHINee are dating!

It has been confirmed that Shin Se Kyung (21) and Jong Hyun from SHINee (21) are dating. Photos which SportsSeoul.com took of the couple, makes them look like an ordinary couple.
Shin Se Kyung and Jong Hyun have been dating usually in SamSungDong. Even though both are very busy with their schedules, whenever they had time, they met up and spent some time together. Usually it was Jong Hyun visitng Shin Se Kyung and them taking a walk together.

They also admitted that they cannot meet frequently and Jong Hyun tries to avoid his fan’s eyes and they meet at night. They also said that all they do is take walks around the house or at the park.

Even after 20days of spotting them together, all they do is take walks. One day when Shin Se Kyung had a conference for the new movie “Acoustic”, Jong Hyun met her outside her house as she was just returning.
These two have become closer thanks to their common interest in music. For the 20 days they have been listening to music as they walked. Jong Hyun shared an earphone together and enjoyed a moment with just two of them together.
Someone who knows this couple well said “Not only they are the same age, their hobbies are really similar. This helped them become close in a short period of time.”
Since they cannot meet frequently due to schedules, they send text messages to each other frequently.
He also said “They are both busy with our new albums and works. In addition, Jong Hyun is living with his SHINee members. He cannot afford to spend too much time with her. They call each other often”
Shin Se Kyung and Jong Hyun first met last May in a concert. After that, they met coincidentally and became friends, and recently became couples. Both companies of Shin Se Kyung and Jong Hyun announced that, “This is just the beginning for them. They have really good feelings for each other” and confirmed that they are dating

Shinee's Jong Hyun: I really like Jong Hyun among the Shinee memebers but funny thing is I cannot find decent handsome pics of him on the internet..

Hello Schoolgirl: Korean movie
Hello Schoolgirl
Other Titles: Crush on You, Pure Love
Characters:

Yoo Ji-tae - as Kwon Yeon-woo

Lee Yeon-hee - as Han Soo-yeong

Chae Jung-an - as Kwon Ha-kyeong

Kang-in - as Kang Sook
Synopsis:
Yun-woo Kim works as a low level civil servant in a district office. Although he is thirty, he is still innocent for his age and has been on numerous unfruitful blind dates in search of a suitable wife. After moving to a new place, he runs runs into Soo-yong Han, a high school student who lives downstairs. Soo-young Han is a cheerful and eccentric eighteen-year-old who lives with her mother that acts like a princess.
Meanwhile, Sook Kang has just started to work at the district office straight after graduating from high school and falls head over heels for Ha-kyuing Kwon, a melancolic woman who always smokes in the same spot, becuase of her beautiful smile. Ha-kyung is still holding onto an old flame and keeps on looking for traces of that love every day. Sook Kang continues to keep wooing her, irregardless of her living in the past. Can their futures lead to a happy ending?
Credits: asianwiki
What I Think:
Basically this is a love story of an older guy (30 years old) liking a younger girl (18yo) and another story of a younger guy (22yo) liking an older girl (29yo).This movie is a romantic one tackling the relationships of the 4 lead stars.
Yoo Ji Tae – he is the guy from Ditto! I think that movie is like the first Korean movie I have ever seen that is why I cannot seem to forget the actor’s faces. When I saw Yoo Ji Tae I was like he looks familiar, he is the Ditto guy!! And why the smokes is he playing a student? He looks too old to be a student! But no, he is not a student in this movie, he is a working guy and yes he still delivers superb acting here.
Kang In – this would be the first movie I have ever seen with him in it. He is funny I have to say. He looks so cute when the girl pointed out that his shirt is so childish and so cute! There is not much scenes where Kang In could showcase his acting talents...he was just basically just walking, following the girl and talking with Yoo Ji Tae, but he was okay. I can feel Super Junior fans now throwing slushes at me! Please don't.
The background song is so addictively cute! The background music, mood and the cinematography all play well in this movie. There was one moment where I was laughing because I think that scene was funny! When Han Soo-yeong and Kwon Ha-kyeong each bought two umbrellas and they haggled with the seller to give them a discount since they were buying four! Volt in!
Another fave scene was when Kwon Yeon-woo sprayed fake snow flakes outside Han Soo-yeong’s window because she likes the snow and taking pictures.
So yeah I kind of like this movie because it is not your ususal Korean rom-com which makes you cry, they one is a light hearted rom-com, it is different in a way.
The soundtrack is something though I gotta love these!

Heaven's Postman: Korean Movie

She is a woman who has recently have had a heartbreak. She is the only one who can see Jae Joon.

Ha Na, however, is the only person who can see Jae Joon.

What I Think:
These Hallyu singers just debut in such a big way don’t they? First TOP then now, Jaejoong. This movie is like the Korean version of Ghost Whisperer-slash-City of Angels. But with a twist! I love the twist to it! The story has a different feel to it because even it has Korean actors and directors in it, the screenwriter is Japanese, Eriko Kitagawa...it feels like manga-ish and surreal, she is also the writer for the Drama “Beautiful Life” which starred Takuya Kimura.
Jae Joon – funny how his real and reel name match! Almost the same. He looks absolutely eye candy when he wore his eye glasses! He is like the hottest postman alive! I could just imagine the biggie Hero fans when they saw the kissing scene, yes people they got a kissing scene here, ommo ommo fans would throw imaginary daggers and spears at Han Joo Yoo—such a lucky girl darn! Now for a movie debut, Hero is not doing so bad, he is actually so good at it. His acting is quite good.
Han Hyo Joo – wow has she grown up acting-wise! She is a much better actress now compared to her drama debut in Goong S. She looks so beautiful in here too. This girl has some tough acting skills, she looks so regal in Goong S but she looks so perky and jolly in this movie, total transformation as I have always thought that she is a boring actress. But with this movie, yup I beg to differ.
I love some of the scenes in the movie like when Hana asked Jae Joon “Sir are you the handsome mail man from heaven?” I thought that was so cute. Another wonderful shot was when Jae Joon kissed Hana with sunlight shining through the background and the wonderful music playing, that was some great cinematography.
The kiss! Please do not start bashing for posting this pic, hero fans. We are chingu c-h-i-n-g-u! Aiyt! ^_^ Yup there we go locking lips and exchanging saliva! Omma omma..

The hugs..oh that is title of TVXQ/dong bang shin gi's first single! Hehe hug!

I love the entrance theme song, it sets the mood for the whole movie, the last time I have seen stuff like this, where the opening song sets the movie theme for me was Il Mare. Then not only the entrance theme song, are all the songs in the movie were thoughtfully chosen. They were melancholic, and funny and wonderful! I love the song "If I Have" by Biuret it is so stellar!
Rating: 9 Korean Kimchi out of 10
Trivia: Did you know the Fly to the Sky’s Brian Joo wrote this song for the movie’s ost?

Where are they Now?
Deconstructing pieces of news, myths, rumors of our fave Korean wave kids. They are so making a come back!
I have been missing some of my fave Hallyu stars! They used to be so famous a few years ago...Do you want to know where they are now? If you want someone included here, do post up suggestions or comments, I would try my best to research.
Kim Hye Seong/Kim Hye Sung
Claim to Fame:
He played Juno the lead character in the hit movie, “Jenny Juno”
Where now:
Well he is all grown up now, with his long hair and all, so grown up in fact that he is bound to get into Military Service very soon. His most recent movie is the TOP/Kwon Sang Woo-led war movie, “71: Into the Fire”…because he is a personal favourite I have to post lots of pics of Kim Hye Seong.
THEN:

NOW:
...
Moon Geun Young
Claim to Fame:
In 2000, playing Eun-suh in the hit series, Autumn in my Heart
In 2004, playing Kim Rae Won’s young wife, Suh Bo-Eun in the movie My Little Bride
Where now:
She is now a junior student studying in Sungkyunkwan University majoring in Korean Literature.
She starred in the tv series, Cinderella’s Sister in March 2010 opposite Korean eye-candy, Chung Jung Myung.
THEN:
NOW:

Won Bin
Claim to Fame:
Breakthrough performance is in Autumn in my Heart playing alongside Song Hye Kyo and Song Seung Hoon. Last tv drama is “Friends” with Kyoko Fukada.
Where Now:
As much as I like this guy, he seems to be doing a lot less work these days after he got out of the military service. He has a movie set to be released on 2010 “The Man from Nowhere”. I hope he will do another great series in the future because we love Won Bin! Don’t we girls? I miss watching his dramas. He should go back to main stream dramas and movies!
THEN:
NOW:

Shinhwa
Claim to Fame:
Debuting in 1998 in the Korean entertainment industry under SM Entertainment then moved on to Good Ent and Openworld entertainment.
Where Now:
They have released their last studio album in 2008. But most of them have been doing individual projects, doing military service and stuff. I had a fun time looking for “really old pictures” of shinhwa hehe! They look hilarious in their monstrous hair in the SM Entertainment days!
THEN:
^HAHAH!
NOW:

Lee Wan
Claim to Fame:
He plays the young Tae Hwa/Tristan in Stairways to Heaven. Kim Tae Hee’s real life young bro.
Where Now:
His latest series to date is the SBS starrer in 2009, Swallow the Sun playing Jang Tae Hyuk. He is as you can probably see in the pictures; also working up his abs so all us girls will have something to grate cheese in.
THEN:
NOW:

Baek Sung Hyun
Claim to Fame:
He played the young Kwon Sang-Wo in Stairways to Heaven.
Where Now:
He last acted in the MBC TV Show, The Running as Goo Dae Gu, he played the lead actor by the way, I have not seen the movie but from the looks of it, it looks good.
THEN:
NOW:
...
Choi Woo Hyuk
Claim to Fame:
He played the young Song Seung Hoon (young Junseo/ Johonny) in Autumn in my Heart.
Where Now:
Now hello people Choi Woo Hyuk grew up to be a fine young man! He is so handsome! He could pass off as a member of a boy band. I had to post a lot of his pictures!! Holler!!
He acted in the 2009 period drama “Empress Chun Chun” as the young Wang Chi, solidifying his comeback. He was also in the 2002 hit drama, “Glass Slippers” as the young Jae Hyuk. He will turn 25 this October 28, and Like Park Shin Hye’s he also goes to Chung Ang University.
THEN:
NOW: HOLD YOUR BREATH!

and this..

and this...

Park Shin Hye
Claim to Fame:
She played the young Choi Ji Woo In Stairways to Heaven.
She also played the lead antagonist in “Goong S” opposite se7en.
Where Now:
She released a single “Prayer” for the drama Tree of Heaven. She acted in the dramas, “Hayate the Combat Butler” and “My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox”. She is still studying in Chun Ang University. Wow everybody goes to Chung Ang University, anyone studying there?
THEN:
NOW:

Machi Didi/ Andrew Chou
Claim to Fame:
He was the youngest member of the Taiwanese HipHop group, Machi. I used to be a fanatic of the group especially his older brother, Kenny Chou! Hehe! He also composes and raps for the group. He released a solo album entitled "Oh My!!!" in 2003.
Where Now:
Machi Didi/Andrew Chou did a movie called “Slam”. Like all his older Machi brothers and cousins, He is a brainy kid too; he graduated at 17 from high school in California in 2007. He is now 20 years old and he is super lanky and tall! He is taller than Kenny!
Of all the entertainers in the list, I had the most difficulty finding info about Machi Didi! He is a private person I guess no major news of him.
THEN:
